My Vintage+Modern Lamp
Here is a lamp I just put in my booth at Greystone. I think it turned out cute. I found a vintage lamp base and really liked the shape of it but it was a very bright blue so I painted it a distressed gray. I didn't use chalk paint but it is the perfect paint to put on a surface like a lamp! Then I found a cute drum lamp shade and added it plus the finial to top it. You can find tons of vintage lamp bases at flea markets, estate and yard sales and thrift stores. Or you can find the whole lamp and just replace the shade!
