Yesterday at Mount Laurel

I ended up being a vendor at the Mount Laurel fall festival yesterday and I'm so glad I did. The weather was beautiful and I heard they were expecting 3,000 to attend, but it seemed like more. I did another show there this summer and they always have them in their cute little town center where they have a general store, old-fashioned hardware store, children's shop, gift and candy shop, tea room, cafes, florist and more. Here are lots of pics of vendor booths!

My Sweet Savannah, Rustic Frames and Dealer Items

Here are a bunch of pieces I have been working on for some vendor/dealers. They have booths at Urban Surburban in Pelham (formerly Consigning Interiors), Vestavia Interiors & Antiques, Encore and Hoover Antiques, all great places to shop!

I'm still making more picture frames since the holidays are coming up and I'm doing some shows soon...

Look at what a cute thing Melaine over at My Sweet Savannah blog did. She said she MADE the coffee table by being given the old casters, got the old barnwood from a neighbor and made pillows from shower curtain fabric! That's great thinking outside of the box...

Cute Craft and Gift Ideas and Christmas Ribbon!

Here are some cute ideas on Pinterest. For the sign you could just stencil on the letters on boards and add some vintage silverware!
If you know how to knit or crochet, this cover for the stool would be an adorable project!
I saw a cute armoire Miss Mustard Seed painted in chalkboard paint - this is a cute idea to paint the wall in chalkboard paint and just add ornate mirrors on top!
This is a cute and simple idea - it said you just get those clear standing vinyl frames, add scrapbook paper, put post-it note on top and add ribbon and tag!

I know it's early but I was at Home Accents in Pelham today and they have lots of cute wide wired Christmas ribbon!

LIVELOVELOFT

I wanted to share with you a new blog which was created by Casey and it is going to chronicle her adventures as she shares DIY projects and gives tips on how to create a beautiful home on a budget! I worked with her mom Gina at Blue Cross and Casey is a recent Auburn graduate. I know her and her mom are both extremely creative so I can't wait to follow her progress on creating her first home! Her blog is liveloveloft.blogspot.com and I'm adding it to bloglist!

L-O-V-E Letters, Upcoming Shows and More!

I had done these single boards with initials on them and had them to sell on Etsy thinking they were great for wedding receptions with the bride and groom's initials. But I had an order recently and the girl wanted to spell out L-O-V-E and I think it turned out so cute! I'm going to put this one on Etsy to show how cute it is to spell out something and if you want to order one, let me know!

Here's a sofa table and small table I recently painted for Kelli!

I recently posted a chalkboard door on the blog and Lauren, a customer from my shop in Old Town ordered it to use at her wedding, I just changed the color!

It's that time of year where fall festivals and Christmas Markets will be coming soon! I am starting to get ready for some (and will post about them as they come up) but here are some pictures frames I am working on to sell!

Ashley at The Handmade Home on the Nate Berkus Show!

I was watching the Nate Berkus show earlier this week and a girl was on the show showing some of her home and giving a tutorial on how to make a couple of things including this adorable driftwood star. When I saw pictures of her home, I realized it looked familiar and then she said she was Ashley from The Homemade Home who is on my blog list and I posted some pics from her adorable home a few weeks ago! To find out more about her segment on Nate, go to thehandmadehome.net or the nateshow.com!
