Antique and Appraisal Market in Columbiana

Here is some info. I recently got on a fun event coming up in Columbiana. I am looking into being a vendor and if I do, I'll let you know. But I'm anxious to see Dr. Handley's barn - maybe it's just the barn I've been looking for to do the Barn Sales!

LET’S HAVE A BARN SALE!! Not your typical everyday venue around here, but we are not planning on a typical sale! This event is going to be a FUN filled day! Filled with antiques, vintage, reto and some junkin farm fresh fun stuff. Be sure to save the date March 3 and join the fun:

Antique and Appraisal Market
Got Stuff?
What’s it worth?

Central Alabama Antique & Appraisal Market

Date and Location: March 3, 2012, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Handley Barn, 245 Old Highway 25 West, Columbiana.

The market is sponsored by the Friends of the Columbiana Library and the City of Columbiana. All proceeds will support programs of the Columbiana (AL) Public Library.

We don’t appraise geezers or precocious children, but if you’ve wondered what Aunt Minnie’s tea set, your granny’s vase, and Bubba’s wind-up toy would bring at auction, bring it to the market and our knowledgeable dealers will help you figure it out.

Join us for a day of swapping antique stories plus food, fun, and music. General admission is a donation of $5 and appraisals by knowledgeable dealers are $5 per item with a limit of 3 items per customer.

Here is an article in the Shelby County Reporter on the event:
